Find some good sound effects that help emphasise the action

File Import>to Library

Timeline > new layer>Create blank keyframe where you want the sound

Drag the sound from the Library to the Stage (to where your animation is)

I didn't find that the After Effects files opened, but to start the project, open After Effects, go to New, then new composition, and choose default settings.

Create a 'block' by going to Layer (at the top), changing it's size and colour.

Do the webinar to learn the basics of animation in AE.
