You need a range of animation products, from Japan and UK and US. For instance music video, (Michel Gondry, Daft Punk etc) Japanese TV series (Pokemon, Dragonball Z, Sword Art Online, Fairy Tale), UK animated film or advert ( Shaun the sheep, Wallace and Gromit)
Do a piktochart on each:
a) Genre
comedy, horror, super here, children or?
examples! Examples as to how it's that genre.
b) Individual animators
Research... who are they, what did they work on.
c) Production Process
Pre Production, Production & Post Production.
Find examples of how that animation is made and the process to an episode.
d) Narrative and storyline
Synopsis of storyline and its appeal to the audience.
e) target audience
By age, gender, interests etc. Audience relationships with similar animations/genre/animator.
f) Character/star
Their appeal to target audience, star voice overs, guest appearances, character animation.
g) How does it differ to one of the other companies - COMPARE
eg Aardman uses Claymation and Disney with cell animation.
